By registering with MITSUN Global or accepting any consulting assignment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

MITSUN Global engages consultants as independent professionals. Registration or assignment through MITSUN Global does not create an employer–employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency.

MITSUN Global connects experienced engineering professionals with organizations seeking specialized consulting services. Assignments may include technical advisory, project reviews, bid support, contract management, planning & scheduling, constructability reviews, site assessments, commissioning support, delay analysis, and other engineering consulting services.

Consultants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted, including qualifications, certifications, employment history, and project experience, is accurate and up to date. MITSUN Global reserves the right to verify credentials at any time.

Consultants must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, technical documents, commercial data, project details, and proprietary information obtained during any engagement. This obligation continues even after the assignment has ended.

Experts are expected to:

• Perform services with professionalism, integrity, and due care.
• Deliver work within agreed timelines.
• Maintain impartiality and independent technical judgment.
• Avoid conflicts of interest.
• Comply with applicable laws, client policies, and health & safety requirements.

MITSUN Global reserves the right to suspend or remove an expert from the network in cases including, but not limited to:

• Submission of false information
• Breach of confidentiality
• Professional misconduct
• Conflict of interest
• Unsatisfactory performance
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions

MITSUN Global may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on the website shall apply to all future engagements.

Experts agree to comply with all applicable laws, anti-bribery regulations, export control requirements, confidentiality obligations, and professional ethical standards while undertaking assignments..

Experts introduced to a client through MITSUN Global shall not directly solicit or enter into independent consulting arrangements with that client without MITSUN Global's prior written consent during the engagement and for a reasonable protection period thereafter.

Commercial terms, consulting fees, reimbursement of approved expenses, and payment timelines will be communicated before the commencement of each assignment. Payments are processed in accordance with the agreed commercial terms.
